Per Request

Fall feels like stepping onto one of those moving walkways in the airport. Your feet start moving but your head is a couple inches behind. Also, fall at U of M seems to be a little bit more whiplash inducing than your average moving sidewalk.

But now that my brain has stopped sloshing around in my skull, I'll update. In short points:
- architecture = omg, so much work = really interesting
- apartment = so nice I don't feel like leaving = place I barely spend any time in
- ear = possibly infected? I don't know
- me = more or less ok, it goes like a sin graph (meaning the mathematical sin, not the biblical sin)

So Cat and Carole say I've been tagged to list ten simple pleasures (or something like that):
- a clean desk (idea stolen from Carole)
- organizing new art supplies by color or number (but only by number if it makes the colors line up okay)
- sunlight on a wall
- when the number of things lines up with the number of people
- working with my Grandma
- a good drawing
- lime green
- a ripe nectarine
- a perfectly packed box
- updating your calendar for the next week

Breakfast

I've decided that I want one of the men with the bagel & coffee carts to come to Ann Arbor and park outside my apartment. They fit perfectly into my schedule here. I go diagonally across this one intersection and the bagel cart is at the corner I pass through. I cross the one street and in the amount of time it takes to get a bagel and an iced coffee, the light changes so I can cross the other street! Perfect! And it's only $2.50, a price not found in Ann Arbor.
