Craziness!
AHHH! Everything gets all busy and stuff... I like summer... I like doing next to nothing. So what's up, the Sassy Strauss Lounge is arranged and waiting for my roommates to arrive. I miss them both a ton. I'm rushing around doing various tasks for InterVarsity and myself. Seeing friends I haven't seen all summer. Classes start next week and I am both apprehensive and excited. Which, I suppose, is quite typical and universal.

Taco, Taco, Taco
I'd just like to note that Cat is awesome because she took me to get Taco Bell this afternoon. And last night at 2:30 am. I think my taco craving has been subdued for a few months. It'll probably rear its ugly head again sometime in November. Be afraid... be very afraid.

Pathetic Existence
Okay, so I'm basically holed up in my room all day with my laptop. I read for a bit every couple hours. I kinda wish that I was camping or doing something that involves nature. I really wish I had a car and could go places. Places like nature. Maybe I'll go to Starbucks instead...

Mish-Mosh
Wow, everyone in Ann Arbor now has a job. Except for me. Which means a lot of time hoping someone will email me or call me. I'm currently working on publicity stuff for IV and other graphic design projects. Also spending time harassing my roommate, Laura (harassing in a loving way). Oh, and eating chocolate and fake frozen Chinese food. My "Chicken Fried Rice" had no chicken in it. And in a surreal evening, I spent last night painting my nails and drinking Diet Coke. Not at all what I normally am like. What has happened?

What creature do you identify with?
I think mine would be the hamster. Smallish, kind of twitchy when nervous, likes to hoard wood pieces, bites.

Home Again
Yep, I'm at home. Again. Just got back from Cedar Campus, where I worked in the kitchen, and Wisconsin, where my family has a cottage. Cedar Campus was a great place to be for a couple weeks. I met a lot of cool people, spent a lot of time thinking, and learned how to cook (a little). Today my family picks up Tim, a German exchange student who's going to be living in my bedroom while I'm at school. He's here for a solid ten months, so that should be interesting.
