BUGS

I think that I have killed more spiders, flies, and giant nasty bugs that smell like grass in this apartment than I have total in the rest of my existence.

On My Birthday, Things I Am Thankful For

1. My family, who love and support me in pretty much everything I do.
2. My friends, especially the Sassy since I know we will someday be old and senile and still friends.
3. School and the freedom to study things that are important and fascinating to me (yay walls!).
4. Sunlight. And eyes.
5. The color white and also lime green and some shades of purple. Grey too. Ok, colors in general.

There are other things but this list seems to be getting increasingly less significant. Ooh, I'm thankful for the internet because it's pretty awesome. But mainly people.

Mmm, Tasty

Driving back from Pittsburgh on Monday, I several times smelled what was definitely a buttered popcorn smell. This is a strange thing to be smelling while driving along the Ohio turnpike, so I was somewhat confused (and maybe the slightest bit hungry). After a little while I connected the smell with... wait for it... me putting my foot near the heating vent (near the pedals, not near the dashboard in case you were wondering). Yes, apparently *to me* my feet smell like buttered popcorn. I know this may not be true for everyone else so I'm not going to ask anyone to smell my feet. I would like to know if anyone else's feet occasionally smell like food items though.

Want Sleep

Architecture lots of work. Up very late too frequently. Need nap but can't due to responsibilities, etc. Crit went well today so far though. Maybe if I sleep instead of dinner? Hmm.

Global Warming

Ok, just noting that it is raining AGAIN. And there is thunder and lightning AGAIN. And that our rainstorms have been rather harder and more frequent than I ever recall them being.
